Well, with this stir-fried mushroom recipe, you’ll be eating mushrooms for the many more days to come – plus, it’s simple and it wouldn’t even take 30 minutes of your time. Stir-Fried Mushroom Recipe
- Shiitake mushrooms
- Button mushrooms
- 3 tbsp Mahsuri Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Mahsuri Sweet Soy Sauce
- Sauté garlic until golden
- Place in vegetables (mushrooms, cauliflower, chillies, carrot)
- Add in the Mahsuri Sweet Soy Sauce & Mahsuri Oyster Sauce
- Add corn starch and a bit of water
- Season with salt and done!
